Here are some of our most frequently asked questions. If you still have questions, please Contact Us to ask.
Are you insured?
Great question! Yes we are. Making sure your contractor is insured is very important. We even wrote about this as being a key way you can be sure to trust your contractor. You can view the post here.
We’re happy to provide you with proof of insurance and WSIB upon request.
Do you warranty your work?
Yes we do. For most projects, our general warranty states:
All hard materials and installation work are guaranteed against defects in workmanship and materials from the time of completion for one year. This guarantee is provided that proper care, maintenance and protection of said installation has been provided by the owner or assigned tenant after acceptance of final work product. All accounts must be paid in full before any replacements of materials under this warranty are made.
The warranty does not cover the following (if applicable).
- Acts of abuse or vandalism
- Animal damage
During the warranty period, the owner is responsible for the prevention of any damage to the completed project.
Of course some projects are quite unique in nature and we may not be able to make such a statement. If we don’t mention it first, please ask about the warranty provision for your project.
